Architectural Consultancy Providing Architectural Consultancy for preparation of self sufficient architectural working drgs and details as per architectural practices and norms and as per the area and details mentioned in adm approval (copy of which shall be supplied by the department) and or as directed by Jt Dir (Arch) of CE R&D, Delhi for FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SECURITY RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AT PXE, CHANDIPUR . Plinth area of the building should not exceed the plinth area catered in admin approval. Any amendment in the drawings at any stage must be corrected by the consultant till finalisation of contract. Drawings must convey all details unambiguously as per sound architectural practices, following adm approval, SOA, MES procedures and regulations, the N.B.C guidelines, local bye-laws if any, Zonal specifications, Vernacular features, IS provisions and any relevant ground data and shall contain all details for preparation of lump sum contract including site plan, schedule of finishes and list of drawings etc. All architectural drgs must be signed by registered architect mentioning his council of architecture registration number. All drgs must be checked by the consultant and insure its correctness before submitting the drgs to this HQ. Construction of Certain Related Projects at Chandipur S. Sructural consultancy Structural Designing of OTM accommodation (G+1) and allied structures based on the Arch drgs approved by this department, soil investigation report, given design parameters (Appx 'A'), IS 456-2000, NBC 2016 and latest relevant IS code using STAAD PRO software. Preparation and submission of structural drawing on AUTO CAD of building, footing and foundation plans. Section, sub base structural details of frame constructions, structural details (plan, sections and reinforcement details of plinth beams, columns, lintel beams, roof beams floor/roof slabs typical details of strucutral members, detail drawings for expansion/contraction joints if required as per codal provision). Submission of 08 set of drawing (hard copy) duly vetted complete with tracing and soft copy. Details of structurE is as under: S.
