M&L Cement concrete of type B1 1:2:4 in 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates,and the like including weathering, slightly rounded chamfered angles and throating, complete with using necessary form work all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an approved by Engr-in-chrg colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Colour of sheet shall be decided by the user & as directed by the GE.

M&L for mild steel work as in bands traps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for largegates; hook and pintle hinges,rollers,running rails large hasps and staples; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps,and such small items plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel 1.25mm, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

M&L for paint on new Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described priming with one coat of coat of red oxide and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floors/path and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL all as specified and directed.
