Descaling the condenser by recommended chemical cleaning agent by soaking method, disconnecting condenser from the system by taking out nuts bolts, studs 2 Nos valves and MS/GI pipe line from both sides cover, cleaning each tube with nylon brush, flushing with alkaline solution connecting back both side cover including replacing leather gasket 4 mm thick suitable for AC plants installed as indicated below :- (a) Condenser at OT MH

(b) Condenser at ICU MH

(c) Condenser at Maternity ward

(d) Condenser at Signal Center

Cleaning of Air cooled Condenser by recommended chemical cleaning agent and with high pressure water machine at following :- (a) Air cooled Condenser at Raina Auditorium

(b) Air cooled Condenser at Cold Storage MH

Descaling and cleaning of AHU by recommended chemical cleaning agent by soaking method, disconnecting condenser from the system by taking out nuts bolts, studs 2 Nos valves and MS/GI pipe line from both sides cover, cleaning each tube with nylon brush, flushing with alkaline solution connecting back both side cover including replacing leather gasket 4 mm thick suitable for AC plants installed as indicated below :- (a) AHU at OT MH

(b) AHU at ICU MH

(c) AHU at Raina Auditorium

Dismantling of worn out part of FRP cooling tower of AC Plants, cleaning of water tanks and body of cooling tower to make the cooling tower functional and serviceable in all respect including rectification of minor leakages from the cooling tower with M Seal/adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

Supply & fix in replacement side cover jalli for cooling tower for any capacity of OT/ICU MH as per existing size and pattern all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable pipe insulations and M&L insulation the pipe line with 25 mm thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retradant polyethylene foam instulation of density 30 Kg/Cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C, covered with aluminium faced complete application with rubber based adhesive pidilite SR 998 and 50 mm x 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longituddinal and traverse joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C, covered with aluminium faced complete application with rubber based adhesive pidilite SR 998 and 50 mm x 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longituddinal and traverse joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & charging of refrigerant gas R-22 in central/package type AC plants after detection & rectification of any leakage in the system by using CO2 gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with Nitrogen gas including testing and commissioning complete all as direccted.

Supply and fixing of PVC pipe 1.5'' for drainage of water from AC plant.

Checking and testing of complete oxygewn gas supply line for leakage and rectify the same by tighting the joint and minor repairs at OT MH all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Manifold NRV as per existing make & size/type.

Supply and fixing of Oxygen regulator as per existing make & size/type.

Supply and fixing of isolation valve 22 mm with fiting as per existing make & size/type.

Supply and fixing of alarm 3 line as per existing make & size/type.

Supply and fixing of alarm 4 line as per existing make & size/type.

Supply and fixing of flexible tail pipe as per existing make & size/type.

Supply and fixing of seddle for pipeline on walls as per existing make & size/type.

Suppply and fixing matalic viscos filter in replacement made out of GI wire mesh interspaced with two crimp layers and three flat layers and housed in 2" deep metal frame efficeincy 65% as per exisitng size and pattern AC plant air handling unit make athlete or equilevelent.

Supply and fixing of micro filter of size 500 x 500mm x 300mm (NS) flanged type of G.I construction having media supproted by Aluminium expanded mesh & HDPE mesh on front side having efficiency 99% down to 5 micron i/c dismantling the damage filter etc complete as required. Make : Athlete/Clean Air/Purolator or equivalent.
