Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and disposing off the rubbish materials outside MD land as specified and directed

Demolition and removal of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level unreinforced and removing the debris outside MD land.

Demolition of cement Concrete (Reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel , FE- 290 (Gde E-165) Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete as specified and directed.

M&L for MS round steel bars 12 mm dia and over as in mooring rings, cut to length, bent to shape required and fixed on floor complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Wire netting(mesh size 12mm) of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples as specified and directed.

Rough excavation n. exc 1.5 mtr depth in and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Forming embankments and traverses including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick;watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. n,exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or paving, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled & rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded aggregate as in surfaces channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with pre-cast cement concrete block masonary(Type C1 1:3:6) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 with using 20 mm grade stone aggregate set in CM 1:6 as in cover slab (manhole)/ open drain etc., with plain faces all as specified and directed including demolition of old U/s precast manhole cover/slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering in two layers (i.e.) CM 1:6 10mm thick as first layers and CM 1:4, 5mm thick as 2nd layer on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for three coats of white wash including preparation of new concrete surfaces of drain and wall etc all as specified.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia bars cut to length bent to shape require, including cranking bending and binding with and including mild wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars.

M&L for Cleaning 25mm wide expansion joint filled with preformed closed cell polythene filler board, provision of closed cell polythene backer rod 30mm dia and sealed with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant (minimum depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 10mm) conforming to BS-5212 (Type -FB) priming the the side as recommended by Manufacturer's instructions and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant applied for any thickness of concrete slab, complete joint sealant with MAF (+/-) 30% and 10 yrs performance warranty as used in International Airport in India all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cleaning contraction(Dummy) joints 30mm deep X 10mm wide, provision of closed cell polyethylene backer rod 12mm dia, provision of de-bonding strip of minimum 5mm thick and sealed with pitch free polyurethane grey sealant conforming to BS-5212 (Type-FB) priming the sides as per manufacturer's instructions and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant applied completely

M&L for Cutting existing loose patches/spelled edges of concrete pavements in square/rectangular/ triangular shape to a depth of n.exc 40mm depth and n.exc 250mm wide in pavement/hard standing taxi track corners/cracks of any flexure strength including removing debris outside of MD land sweeping the patches with broom cleaning with air compressor and applying epoxy resin primer and filling with epoxy resin mortar etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of previously treated surfaces and applying two coats of (Water based paint) with white/Red/Yellow/Golden as required exc 10cm width or grith on pavement or taxi track as approved by GEcomplete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of previously treated surfaces and applying one coat of (Water based road marking paint) with white/Red/Yellow/Golden as required exc 10cm width or grith on pavement or taxi track as approved by GEcomplete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Flex board including frame of size 1.50x0.60 mtr with suitable PVC pipe using 200mm x 100mm dia including 4mm thick acrylic sheet flex board and printing with suitable size of words and fixed in position complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Distance to go marker (DTGM) sign board size 152x122 cm. Made from ultravoilet resistant engineer grade FGRP material bounded with epoxy chemical having ribts anti termite coated pipe in cupe at the top centre and bottom. Horizontally 50x20mm size and 25x20mm size, Temperature variations from extreme cold to hottest weather conditions should not effected by the rain. Structure shall be supported over three legs of 80mm pipe board thickness 5 to 8mm aprox all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Frangibility certificate is compulsary required without any extra cost to Govt.

S&F flex board of size 900x750mm printed and fixed including box for fixing of link board with its complete fixing arrangement to ground incl 02 nos led lights fitting inside the flex board and connect it from nearest power point , all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

M&L for providing PU Flooring having thickess 5mm as per procedure given below complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.:- (a) Removal of old epoxy (b) Grinding and scrapping of existing floor (any type of flooring) cleaning and removing all dust partcle. (c) Application of groove cutting (scraffication). (d) Application of self penetrating primer (0.5mm). (e) Application of screed coat (1 mm). (f) Application of scracth coat (0.5mm). (f) Application of PU top coat (3mm).

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs incl removing and replacing of drain slabs etc, and removing the excavated materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and deposited were directed.
