Taking down cement plaster work any description from brick, concrete or stone wall or ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolised material to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and dipositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise specified complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for Reinforced Cement Concrete pipes 150mm dia, class NP2, laid & jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR), 125/110 mm dia of Gully Trap, with grating including jointing with solvent cement inculding cutting out wall /concrete and finishing of surface to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm internal dia pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cleaning/clearing of blocked under ground sewage lines of any bore, any description and in any position, any depth, by taking out loose sediment sand, grit, ash, sludge, rags, fibres, vegetation etc by rodding/ any mechanical means, from one manhole to next manhole and washing throughout with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: The location out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material, sludge obtained under this item shall be located by the contractor.

Material & labour for opening & cleaning of blockage from kitchen /bath traps or WC any pattern by rodding or any other manual/mechanical means upto Ist manhole complete all as directed and by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of manhole of any description & size, any depth including lifting up and removing sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sludge sucker and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: The location out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material, sludge obtained under this item shall be located by the contractor.

Material & labour for removing of tree grown in any type of masonry, behind CI pipe, parapets, shafts etc including removing root from wall by chiseling carefully without damaging the structure and making good by brick work in CM 1: 6 including toothing, bonding and plastering in cement mortar 1:4, and applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. .

Material & labour for cleaning of septic tank/soakage well by removing sewage sludge, accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sewage/sludge sucker and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MD Land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The location out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material, sludge obtained under this item shall be located by the contractor. (ii) The rate quoted under this item includes bailing out sludge water from septik tank/soakage well all as directed. (iii) For payment purpose volume of sludge shall be calculated as per the dimensions of septik tank/soakage well at site/ shown in TD drawing and depth of sludge shall be after bailing out sludge water.

Material & labour for Surface cleaning / site clearance not exceeding 15 cm in depth , clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots etc and to make a over all presentable condition and removing rubbish to distance exceeding 500 metres but not exceeding 1.50 Kilometre out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00 deep in any type of soil, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, of any type of excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 500.00 metres but not exceeding 1500 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Material & labour for 50mm thick sand stone slab of any size as in manhole cover stone etc, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs WC squatting pan “Orissa Pattern” of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipes etc and lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white and trap including connection to drain flush pipe and anti syphonage pipe concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs EWC seat cover PVC, colour as approved by GE including all fitting arrangements complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level 10 ltrs capicty white, fixed with new brackets complete all as specifed and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs flush pipe of polythene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs CP waste coupling 40mm dia for steel sink / urinal with long shank and fly nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC Flexible waste pipe 40 mm dia with socket for steel sink upto floor level and length not less than 1.00 meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs, coping, plinth courses, bands etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on stone masonry surfaces of wall, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases, floors and pavings etc finished faie and even surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floors complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 80mm thick, Machine pressed precast concrete, Rubber moulded interlocking paver blocks confirming to IS 15658-2006 made of M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid dry over and including 25 mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, pathway, shape and colour as directed, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant , matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding or similar works etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Pre-cast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) kerb solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Rolled mild steel work Fe-290 (Grade E- 165), as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan Neck made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing or holding of barbed wire or concertina coil , etc. to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for restraining and resecuring barbed wire fencing including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Each line wire to be measured for payment.

Supply & fixing in repair for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.20 to 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm to 85mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Each line wire to be measured for payment.

Supply & fixing galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (Dia of coil when unstratched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 kg and opening length should be 8 metre) and fixed to angle iron posts/struts/swan necks with 3.15 mm dia GI wire including dismantling old unserviceable/rusted concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, uncoursed, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel flat iron 40x6mm for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 5 to 10 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 12mm dia round bars grade Fe-290 (Grade E- 165), for line wire of chain link fencing in available lengths complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Rate for Fixing only line wire shall be deemed to be included under Item No 62 hereinafter.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing, made of GI wire dia not less than 3.15 mm, having 100mm x 100mm mesh size including line wire, bending, binding etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
