Servicing, rectification, testing, preparation of test report of 415 Volt air circuit breakers (ACB) of various current rating. The job mainly include (but not restricted to) the following : Removing and handling of ACB (EE make), cleaning, through inspection of all component, inspection & maintenance of all contacts (main, arching, auxiliary), adjustment of gaps of contacts and mechanism as per manufacturer’s recommendation, cleaning and lubrication of mechanism, supply of minor mandatory spares such as fastener, dowel pin, circlips, washers etc, lubrication of driving mechanism, carrying out testings and measurements like contact and other gaps, contact resistance, closing and tripping time and other test as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge, preparation of two sets of field test reports etc. Supply of all consumables, tools, tackles, minor mandatory spares as stated above shall be in the scope of contractor.
