Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified materials with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc complete.

Reworking or Rerolling the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with quarry dust and compacting finished surface.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing ,scraping , cleaning the road surface ,applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumenfor 10 Sqm & laying37.5mm thick built up spray grouting (BUSG) in one layer using 0.45 Cum of 25mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal & 12.0 kg penetratation grade of bitumen for 10Sqm in each layer with0.12cum of 12mmsize hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqmspreading over & laying including heating , pouring & spreading over & spreading bitumen ,metal ,chips & rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machinaries Including running and hire charges of P.R.R as per direction of E.I.C (Data for 5889 Sqm)

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen using emulsion distributor @ 0.30kg/sqm on prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

Providing & laying 25mm thick SDBC with batch mix hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher wit censor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)
