Providing and laying flagging concrete at fore bay 2 at RTPS (phase-1)

Work Experience: The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor in At least any Construction work of value not less than Rs.6.25 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in the last Five financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26). The certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27)

Financial Turnover: The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in At least One financial year a minimum Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Constructions works only) of value not less than Rs.25.00 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) during the last five completed financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26). The bidder shall submit the certified copy of Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant for the respective two years & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

Any reputed individual/Company having valid KPWD contractor registration certificate of Class IV & above are eligible for participation for which scanned copy of the same shall be uploaded.

Tender capacity: (A x N x 5 - B), where Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited for year. B - Value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 3 Months (0.25 year) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

The bidder shall belong to CAT-II(A) community as per Govt. of Karnataka. Valid CAT-II(A) certificate issued by Govt. of Karnataka shall be uploaded.

The bidder shall be a domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years certified by Govt. of Karnataka. Valid Domicile certificate issued by Govt. of Karnataka shall be uploaded
