Improvements to Chittoor-Puttur Road (SH 069) from Km. 8/4 to 10/0 in Chittoor District

Scarifying the existing B.T surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical means and disposal of scarified material with all leads and lifts upto 1000 Mtrs as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specn. No.305.4.3

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification (5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing BT Patch work for pot holes of depth ranging from 25 to 35 mm ,using 19 to 22mm IRC HBG machine crushed metal with required quantity of 9.50-11.20mm size HBG key chips and 80/100 grade Bitumen at 72 Kgs / cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal of the loose materials in the pot holes , trimming the edges to provide firm vertical faces , cleaning , applying tack coat , filling the pot holes , compacting with 8-10T power road roller to achieve the desired compaction and finishing including sand flushing cost and conveyance of coarse aggregate to site of work including cost and conveyance of 80/100 grade bitumen (Including wastage) to work site and all operational charges of all T&P cost of diversion traffic, providing caution boards etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers in the following reaches as per MoRT&H Specification 3004.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS1) Bulk using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specification 502 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 (Bulk) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 30mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH Batch Type Hot Mix Plant using HBG crushed aggregates of Grading - 2 as per table 500-17, premixed with Bituminous binder of VG 30 Grade as per jobmix formula with a minimum of 5.4% by mass of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification 507 (5th Revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
