Excavation in foundation trenches etc.( for pipes and pits)up to all depths in all kind of soil such , as pick work, jumper work saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads & lifts including triming & dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grade including shorting struttering planking timbering and dewatering where ever required stacking usable/unusable material / soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of a diversion for traffic night signals,fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts

Providing form work with steel plated 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads & lift.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edge of slab and break in floor and walls above 20 cm wide as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1/1/2: 3 ( one cement:one& half sand :three greaded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in:-

Suspended floor,roofs, landings and shelves and their supports balconies,beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, Laying mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor all level as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry un coursed brought to courses with hard stone of approved quality in foudation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement 6 sand:12 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)) and curring complete up to floor all level as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts..

Suspended floor,roofs, landings and shelves and their supports balconies,beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. Thickness attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing MS Palte for V-Notch as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.s.

Laying, jointing,testing and commissioning of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene pipes) of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fittings ,Tees & bends of all degree with in all leads & lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately).

Providing ,laying ,jointing and testing of reinforced cement concrete light duty non pressure pipe NP-2 socketted & spigotted end type precast concrete pipe 250 mm dia meter and class including testing of joints complete conforming to IS 458-2003 or latest with up to date ammendments complete with rubber ring type -II duly ISI marked as per IS 5382-1985 or latest with up to date ammendments and filling of joints in C.M. 1:2 ( 1 cement:2 sand)and testing of joints and laying should be as per IS 783-1985 or latest ammendments with in all leads & lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
