Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting to required level, gradient or camber with exceeding 8 Tonne and not exceeding 12 Tonne power roller including watering as required filling in hollow sand depressions which occure during the process of rolling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base) 200 mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for WMM 150 mm thick in two layers of 75 mm thick each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) spread for 1st layer and of grading (50 mm to 20 mm size) for 2nd layer, spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced wet mix macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG-10) grade at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less i.e. average 50 mm) by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller using hot mix plant & mechanical paver with 4% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Soft stones such as lime stones, sand stones, slate stones will not be allowed to be incorporated in the work.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer 80/100 (VG-10 grade) at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gredient using hot mix plant and mechanical paver and 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of road and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters 2 mm thick on road pavements and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid with special applicator machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Moorum/ Red Bajri filling in floors/ pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
