Supply of non - woven Geo - textile fabric sheets of 300 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin Polypropylene (PP) fiber with minimum properties as (i) Tensile strength ≥ 12 KN/m (ii) Mass ≥ 300.00 Gm/m ² (iii) CBR Puncture strength ≥ 3.5 KN (iv) Elongation at break ≥ 60% (v) Abrasion ≥ 70 % (vi) UV Resistance @ 500 hours ≥ 70% (vii) AOS ≤ 75 micron (ix) Permittivity ≥ 1.25, (x) Trapezoidal Tear Strength ≤ 340 N (xi) Permeability = 2.00 × 10 ̄ ³ m/sec (xii) Seam strength = 80 % of geo textiles strength. Stitching of Bags should be Ring Spun Yarn stitches with 2500 - 3000 denier double line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the edge @ minimum 15 stitches per 100 mm. (Each Roll of Geo Fabric Sheet should be supplied in properly packed Bundles and should be marked with the Name of Manufacturer & Batch Number clearly on each bundle with “WRD Govt. of ASSAM” to be printed on it and mentioning properly the GSM and type of polymer and Test Certificate from approved NABL accredited and ISO Certified Laboratory should invariably be submitted against each batch of material)

Supply of Geo - textile bags of type-A (1.03 × 0.70M) made of Geo - textile non - woven fabric sheets of 400 GSM manufactured from 100% virgin Polypropylene (PP) fibre having thickness not less than 3.00 mm with minimum properties as (i) Tensile strength (CD) ≥ 24 KN/m (ii) Tensile strength (MD) ≥ 22 KN/m (ii) Mass ≥ 400.00 Gm/m ² (iii) CBR Puncture strength ≥ 4100 N/m2 (iv) Elongation @ break (Warp) ≥ 54% (v) Elongation @ break (Weft)≥ 52% (vi) Abrasion ≥ 70 % (vii) UV Resistance @ 500 hours ≥ 70% (viii) AOS ≤ 75 micron (ix) Permittivity ≥ 1.25, (x) Trapezoidal Tear Strength ≤ 520 N (xi) Permeability = 45Lt/m2/sec (xii) Seam strength = 80 % of geotextiles strength. Stitching of Bags should be Ring Spun Yarn stitches with 2500-3000 denier double line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the edge @ minimum 15 stitches per 100 mm. Supplying of galvd. wire netting sheets made of 8G wire of 152 mm (6") square mesh in sheets of overall size 2.57 m × 1.66 m (8'6" × 5'6") including 76 mm projection of each wire on all sides 2.42 m × 1.31 m (8'0" × 5'0") having knots of 12G at every joints including unloading and stacking properly, complete as directed by the department (weight of each sheet should not be less then 6.30 Kg)(taxes extra).
Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03 m × 0.70 m excluding excavation of specified silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with silt having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 cum after filling ,double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150 m and laying properly as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost)

Filling and laying in cage with sand filled Geo bags of size 1.03m × 0.70m including excavation of specified sand from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand weighing 126.00 Kg after filling, stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly in cages made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 × 1.66m of 8G galvanized wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheet by tying the projected wires complete as directed. (Geo Bag , Wire Netting Sheets and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost). A) Without Boat
Supply of R.C.C. Porcupine member of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m with cement concrete proportion 1 :2:4, reinforced by 4 Nos. of 8mm dia TMT bar. and 4mm dia (8G) wire stirrups at 15cm. C/C with 2 (two) nos of holes of 20mm dia at 50 cm inside from both sides in the same face and in the other face of member another 2 (two) nos. of holes of size 20mm dia at 65 cm inside from both ends including properly curing for 28 days and supply at specified stackyard complete as directed. NOTE: Consider sand = 0.0135 cum/member & stone = 0.027 cum/ member while calculating deduction on Forest Royalty
Local Carriage of Porcupine members by Diesel truck of 10 MT capacity including loading at stack yard and un loading at river bank up to an average lead of 10.00 Km and all lift, complete as directed.
Labour charge for launching of R.C.C. / PSC Porcupine including carriage of R.C.C./ PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching ,erection of the Porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m) i) Launching without Boat
