Dismantling framed trusses not exceeding 10 m span. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for. Complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil. Complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graged stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) Exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for pressed steel doors frame (thickness of Mild steel sheet 1.25 mm) with one or more rebates size of frame 125 mm x 60 mm including necessary fixing lugs, stainless steel hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Filling of hollow of frame with plain cement concrete an stainless steel hinges of 100 mm size will be measured and paid saperately under respective items.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in filling hollow portion of pressed steel/ hold fast of door frame. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 35 mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, comercial type 1.0 mm thick (veneered on both side) with decorative choice laminated type 1 (factory laminated), or surface finish, 6 mm thick or external teak wood lipping fixed with nails, color and pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Chagar/ GE. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm butt hinges of stainless steel grade 202, 14 gauge thickness, medium weight of approved make fixed with pressed steel door frame/ PVC door frame with screw. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 200 mm long Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed to Door Shutter. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 125 mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles, febricated type anodised. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 250 mm aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts, with hasp and staple (bolt type) not less than 12 mm dia with and and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolt and sliding bolt of extruded section or cast aluminium and fixed to wooden door shutters. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of powder coated aluminium window/ ventilator shutters, side hung/ sliding type aluminium sections including necessary joining cleats, sash bars, glazing clips rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and grill etc as per manufactures instruction and trade pactee. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 4.00 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with rubber beading or with glazing clips. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 16 mm to 18 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone as in floor, steps (in single piece), cooking platform etc laid over 15 mm thick cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including cement mortar 1:4. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel rolling shutters 1 mm thick laths, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binder, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also plays between floors and beams, etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete Type A1 1:1 1/2:3 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) (nominal mix) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete type A0 1:1 1/2:3 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) (nominal mix) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of old existing treatment completely by scrapping and or rubbing of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distamper over one coat of (1 mm average thick plaster of paris) putty and one coat of primer. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured and paid separately). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on new fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on one coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Internal water proofing compound. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surface of walls including primer and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in steel work in foof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality- 'A'. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating galvanised iron based corrugated or tile pattern steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ 150 as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating galvanised iron based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ 150 as in roof covering/ cladding ridge or hips, valley gutter to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 150 mm thick, type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring. Complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 100 mm thick; laid over cement concrete subfloors etc. and finished to an even and fair surface. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring/ ramp etc. Complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165. Material and labour for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling and hangers 6 mm dia galvanised iron (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat 40 mm x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ Galvanised Iron/ Aluminium framework with screws. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming expansion joint 20mm thick filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ in thickness of slab 150 mm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grage 'A'. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32 mm X 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore all as shown on electrical plate Number 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20 mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note Number 1 :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/ dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, galvanised iron protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item Number 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Serial Page Number 389 of SSR Part –I. Material and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to Copper earth strip 20 mm X 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Copper, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate Number 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by 15 mm dia light grade galvanised iron pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle of 8 mm dia bar, charcoal/ salt, funnel with wire mesh etc. Complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate Number 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate includes the cost of galvanised pipe light grade for protection of earth wire and 4 mm dia earh lead wire upto 7.5 M. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself. (NOTE- 04 Numbers eathing for Internal Electification and 02 numbers for External Electrification)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type (with canopy) CPRI approved platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having Aluminum Bus Bar of minimum size 50 mm x 10 mm installed on DMC/ Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet with front opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement, powder coated finish (over a coat of red oxide), primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface. The panel is including platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using with 40 mm crushed stone aggregate 20 cm thick in foundation and of height 0.9 mtr above the nearest road level. Size of Panel must not be less than 1.6 Mtr x 1.2 Mtr x 0.35 Mtr. The TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times (500 Amps capacity) the rated capacity of the incomer Microprocessor based MCCB with ICU = 100% ICS with following ratings:- Complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Incoming MCCB 4P 315 Amps, 35 KA - 01 No (ii) Outgoing MCCB 3P 100 Amps, 25 KA - 02 Nos (iii) Outgoing MCCB 3P 63 Amps, 16 KA - 02 Nos (iv) Multi-functional meter with appropriate CT ratings and accuracy class.
