Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length ( shape & size according to uPVC profile ), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc........

Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories for the area of window less than 2.00 sqm.

M&L for providing pressure gunniting averaging 40 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) averaging 25 mm thick for all types of structural members incl brush bond as per manufacturers instruction , including fixing welded steel wire fabric of mesh size 75x25 mm of weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqm fixed with suitable pins/clamps/welding to existing reinforce ment after preparing the surface and applying polymer modified cementation coating using Nito bond/ brush bond of M/s Fosroc chemicals and applying exposy treatment complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. and removal of the same on completion of the work.

S&F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

S&F for 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc divided into square with rebated sash bars any number edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauge etc (size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Par –I section 8 Clause 8:24 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, plain, framed paneled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both side (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for soild PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm palin colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall bw covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for tip rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame weloded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement. suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
