Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road / ground level , fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 1.80 mtr high, 1.10mtr below ground / road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings confirm to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75x 5mm , 330mm long complete as per clause 810 of MoRTH specifications.
Supplying and installation of delinators (600mm) (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers) , 80-100mm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular refelectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed in the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings, all as complete as per clause 805 of MoRT&H specifications.
Preparation of subgrade in SMB by excavating upto 20 cm avg depth, dressing excavated earth to required camber or super elevation and consolidating with power roller incl watering & disposal or surplus earth within a lead of 30 m
GSB 10 cm thick 2 layer (Compacted) with stone aggregate conforming to grading no 1 as per tables 400-1 of MORT&H specifications of Road and Bridges Works including supply of material , watering and compaction of all complete.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per table 400-13 and satisfying the physical reqmt as per table 400-12 of MORT&H specifications of WMM specifications to a thickness of 75 mm , including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug mill ) laying in uniform layers in sub base/ base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding
Providing and laying 50mm thick DBM layer, precoated stone aggregate physical requirement/grading/mix composition requirement as per Table 500/8/9/10 respt of MORT&H for Bridge and Road works with 4.50% asphalt VG-10 penetration grade as per MORT&H data book and rolled to the required specifications
Providing and laying 40 mm thick BC on bituminous concrete layer with precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table 500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirement of Table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications, mixed with 5.4 % binder asphalt VG -10 penetration grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix (for filler) all as specified as per MORT&H data book.
Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor @ 2.5 kg/10 Sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specifications.
Proving and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surfaced of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @7.5 kg per 10 Sqm (using BPD with manual labour)
