M&L for erection, installation , commissioning & testing of high galvanised high mast light of height 12.5 Mtr suitable for 06 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system suitable for 44 m/sec wind speed bearing capacity along with head frame, luminiaries carriage suitable for 06-08 luminiaries in symmetrical arrangement and other accesories manufactured in factory with raising & lowering system comprising double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool torque motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial, Wiring material from Junction Box to individual luminiare & MCB in base compartment , with supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template and connection of incoming cable with 01 No outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar and raise lower push button, Incoming cable 16 sq. mm and out cable 16 & 2.5sq.mm terminals including one number aviation obstruction light (along with reqd wiring) & lightening arrester spike (along with 6 sq mm copper cable connect to earthing) with following accessoroes and components complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix loop-in loop-out junction box of size 30cmx25cmx20cm made of 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door of locking arrangements and slanting cover on top with provision of aluminium busbar of size 25 x 2mm - 4 No fixed on insulator complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and for Steel tubular poles and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of LT U/G cable inside GI pipe of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification laying the new cable and all as specified & directed.
