Providing, supplying and fixing pre-painted metal door frame and shutter single leaf/double leaf of approved make as per particular specifications with overall size as per site requirement. Door frames shall be made with 1.2mm thk galvanised steel sheet pressed to double rebate profile of size 124mmx57mm with Mitered Joint. The frame shall be extruded profile with inbuilt EPDM seals slid into the groove. Door shutter shall be made with 0.8mm thick galvanised steel sheet pressed formed to provide not less than 46mm thick fully flush double skin panel with lock seam joints at style edges. The internal construction of panel shall be specially designed Honey comb structure. Shutter and frame shall be finished with zinc phosphate steel primer & polyurethene paint etc. complete. The cost includes providing of door lock, handle, towerbolt, hinges and necessary hardware required to fix the door in position.
The frame and shutter shall also have provision for required iron mongery(by providing extra metallic reinforcement).The shutter is to be fixed to frame with 4 Nos (for each shutter) -5 knuckle, 2 bearing butt hinges of size 100x75x3mm of approved equivalent make in SS 304 with satin finish as per EN 1935, CE marked all complete as per the drawing and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate includes cost of pre-painted frame and shutter, SS Hinges, EPDM Seals / gasket, fittings for fixing such as fasteners, screws, fixing charges for all levels and leads etc. The clear opening in masonry shall be measured for payment.
