Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Crushed.

Centering and shuttering inclduing strutting propping etc. and removal of form work including carriage complete job.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding .@120Kg/cum(Qty Vide item 4)

Pavement:- Construction of granular sub base/ surface course with local Providing / Laying GSB (200mm thick) including digging carrying by lorry remaining, watering, dressing and consolidation with power road roller 8-10Tonne capacity including all leads, lifts and carriage complete. Finishing work to be measured. including carriage complete

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (sizerange 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixplant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts,laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / basecourse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade –VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen withmechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning andpreparing the existing road surface as per specifications.On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.
