Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in hard/dense soil and getting out.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L and testing for 80mm bore cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class LA, in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and testing for 100mm bore cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class LA, in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and testing for 150mm bore cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class LA, in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. complete all as shown on drawing NO TD/2004/26 Sh 1/1 to 1/3 and as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 1200mm x 900mm x 1200mm

(b) 1050mm x 750mm x 1000mm

(c) 900mm x 600mm x 1000mm

S&F in replacement of ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed for 15mm bore of pipe.

DI Specials and fittinng class K-12 as per IS for spigot and socketed DI pipes for water mains, branches, links such as bends(any type), reducers and angles, tappers any type, bends increasing/ decreasing or double sockets etc. Tee pieces, single branches, double branches (all socket and spigots) collers, cap and plug suitable for pipelines upto 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of CI fittings, bends, tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of size up to150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of calcium based, calcium hypo cloride,white to off white free flowing granular chlorination chemical having 65%-70% chlorine content, (calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment drinking water ) complete all as specified and directed Make:- SREE RAYALASEEMA/ Declibac technologies Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F, in repair, mild steel sheets/plates of Fe-410-w (Gde-E-250) Quality -A(plain or chequered forming holes/welded to frame work as in valve pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repairs, mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw including bending and welding angles as necessary gasset plates riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E- 165 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for attending CI/DI pipe 80 mm to 2000 mm dia pipe line break downs in joint leakage including necessary arrangement lead joint, gascuts, nuts and bolts, excavation and returning filling all as specified and directed. Note: fittings and pipe shall be masured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for attending GI pipe 20 mm to 50 mm dia pipe line break downs in building/ground/terrace including necessary arrangement and safety measures mior repair/replacement of GI fittings such as union, nipple, Elbow,socket Note: fittings cost shall be deemed in the quated rate.
