Running maintenence and Operation of fire fighting, Fire Alarm & PA System and sprinkler system as per additional terms and conditions enclosed by deploying the following staff :- a) Operator – 3 Nos. (1 No. in each shift total 3 shifts i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM & 10PM to 6AM) b) Khallalsi – 1 Nos. (1 No. in in general shift )

Supply Replacement installation testing & commissioning of smoke detector with builtin LED mounting base complete with all connection etc. as required.

Painting of fire fighting installation with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with one or more coats on old work.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 1239/Class -II of IS: 3589 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required :

Supplying and fixing Single headed external yard hydrant valve with 1 No. 63 mm dia instantaneous FM Gunmetal/Stainless Steel coupling and cast iron wheel, ISI marked, conforming to IS 5290 (type A) with blank Gunmetal/Stainless Steel cap and chain as required :

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of manual call boxes of MS construction in surface/recess with stainless steel chain & hammer assembly complete with glass and push button etc. as required.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS/HFFR outer sheath complete as required.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of Self illuminating photo luminescent type fire instruction signage of size 12 Inch x 9 Inch in Red/ Green color 2mm Acrylic sheet, including mounting arrangement on celling wall complete as required

Providing and supplying MS Angle Terrace Pump Shed for terace pump framing consists of L-shaped mild steel (MS) angles sizes for the frame include 50x50x5mm angle with cover is typically made from corrugated MESH MASTERS PVC Gate Sheet.
