Demolishing AR brick/tile including its mortal and thin layer of corromastic manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolishing R.C.C work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometer, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars

Earth wok in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil.

Filling available earth in plant premise (open well area) in crunches, under flows plinth, sides of foundation .etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposed layer by rami and watering, and lift up to 105m including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, etc complete at all levels as directed by the engineering in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:3: (cement 2 coarse and sand: 4 graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size). <br> 20mm metal will be supplied by TTPL.

Centering shuttering including strutting etc., and removal of form for: walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

Cleaning the surface thoroughly melting and applying corromastic so as to provide a continuous lining and heating the joints with blow lamps before applying corromastic to next section so as to form a monolithic joint and finishing the surface to the required line and level including applying SPL solution etc. as in the standard practice in the company and as per direction of engineering in charge.

Labour charges for AR tile /AR brick worth with swk powder and K solution in the existing practice of the company including charges for conveying required tiles from store yard, paving tiles to line and level, cleaning all surface etc., as directed by the engineering in charge.
