Material & Labour for 15mm thick cement rendering in 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over RCC roof and applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm and then apply hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm and water proofing treatment by APP modified polymeric water proofing membrance (weight not less thant 3 kg /sqm) with overlap of 10 cm sealed by frame shall be laid & the overlaps sealed/fused by flame as per manufacture instructins. A coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric memberaned & finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.200Lit/sqm as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding any description and fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 20mm thick 2nd class soft wood (Chir) boarding planned one side fixed with butt joints with nails in any situation/position except flooring and skirting complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulders masonery built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins , arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type Bo using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for making good of broken part of chajjas, roof projections etc. or recasting after dismantling broken portion including providing benching over chajjas from junction of wall & chajja to end of projection and making good to match with existing surface of wall including necessary form work, in diffrent quarters of cantt area , all as specified and directed.note-( The work shall be carried out at Ist floor/ 2nd floor .
