M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces by scraping down and washing with water to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper upto any height over a coat of alakali resistant primer including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces by scraping down and washing with water to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying 3mm thick wall care white putty (as approved by GE) upto any height including rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed
