Supply, Laying, connecting up and testing control cable 6 core 10 Sqmm electric power cable with stranded copper complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, connecting up and testing cable XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 V grade (Earthed) of size 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-above but of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class ,HV , Type I as per IS -5820 with flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over underground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for under ground Horizontal Pneumatic horizontal drilling of holes under road, rail, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique to measure the project depth. Minimum HDD depth of 1.5m and maximum depth of 4m and pulling the 110mm pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Measurement of HDD will be for pipe length end to end. 2. Contractor to submit profile graph of HDD along with claim bill.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint with complete jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm bore mild steel tubes light grade galvanised, with all fittings laid in trenches or walls or for passing earth strip, etc , complete including taking down old unserviceable tubes complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage up to 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x1m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out transformer from its position from location under GE Dehradun for repair/ servicing/ rewinding of following capacity with OLTC, 11/.415KV ,disconnecting/ opening HV, LV electrical, earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

Return back from workshop with placement of transformer to its position at location under GE Dehradun after repair/ servicing/ rewinding of capacity 11/0.433 KV Reconnecting HV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections along with following other works like checking & testing of HT line / HT Cable, HT Switchgear etc complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities transformers. Note:- (a) All routine tests will be carried out at manufacturer works (b) Transformer will have warranty period of 6 months from the date of re-fixing at site. (c) UPCL authorized dealers/representative of approved firm shall be available at the time of commissioning of transformer. (d) Any other work required to carryout above job in inclusive.

The contractor shall provide the lifting equipment’s like Crane/Hydra/Excavator Machinery and removing the transformer from Plinth/4 Pole structure/2 Pole structure duly disconnecting all incoming/outgoing connections and earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting transformers of capacity 250 to 500KVA capacity. The contractor shall provide the lifting equipment’s like Crane/Hydra/Excavator Machinery and removing the transformer from Plinth/4 Pole structure/2 Pole structure duly disconnecting all incoming/outgoing connections and earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators and with earth switch up to 200/400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for spraying of agricultural based chemical to control the growth of unwanted herb, shrubs etc including cutting, removing the vegetation growth & surface dressing all around the installation yard/ transformer /LT panel Board area external only and remove the herb, shrubs, creepers etc on the LT/HT Poles the to keep installation always clean and tidy condition. Note:- All the installation yards/area shall be kept clean throughout contract period by repeatedly by removing the grass/shrubs as many times required depending on the growth of grass measurement will be measured & paid only once throughout contract period only once.

M&L for removing the herb, shrubs, creepers etc on the LT/HT Poles the to keep poles/structures always clean and tidy condition. Note:- All the Poles shall be kept clean throughout contract period by repeatedly by removing the grass / shrubs as many times required depending on the growth of grass measurement will be measured & paid only once throughout contract period only once.

M&L for taking out transformer from its position from location under GE Dehradun for repair/ servicing/ rewinding of capacity 3150 KVA with OLTC , 33/11 KV Make ITC ,disconnecting/ opening HV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections along with following other works as under for 3150 KVA Transformers complete all as specified and directed.

Transportation of transformer to authorized workshop (OEM Work shop ie Gurgaon, Haryana) or on workshop as directed and approved by the Accepting officer and back to site by making necessary arrangements of T&P, crane, recovery, vehicle etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of transformer top cover by extraction, removing of serviceable/ unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out of transformer oil complete all as specified and directed.
