Excavation on foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 m and stacking the excavated earth not more than 3m clear from the edge and then returning the stacking soil in plinth sides of foundation of needed in 15cm thick layesr, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposal of all surplus earth within 20m lead pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : 6 Sand; 12 crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal stone) and cursing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand: 4 grade crushed stone aggregrate 20 mm (12 milimeter) nominal size, mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work wlded in built up seetions I/C cutting heisting fixing inposition & applying a frining coat of red lead paint in gratings fraimed guards, bar ladders railings brackets and similar type of work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge

Providing fixing 0.63 mm thick corrugated G.I. sheet corrugated CGI Sheet roofing fixed with galvanished iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen and GI limpet washers filled with chite lead compete excluding the cost of purins rafters and trusses

Providing ridges or hips 60 cm over all in 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised iron fixed with glavanised iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 milimiter dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washes complete.

Stone filling tightly dry hand packed under flooring as per drawing and technical peciteations clause 1203.8 including carrige of materials with in all lead lifts and other incidental,

40 millimetre thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( one Cement: 2 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm ) nominal size laid in one layer finsihed with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
