OD328353/2025-2026:All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract of the following air conditioner units including replacement of defective accessories, refrigerant controls, pressure testing of the system, vacuuming, oil charges,replacing defective single phase preventer,three pole contractor etc. as required and excluding the replacement of defective compressor, electrical Mains switches and Civil works.Any error/failure calls will attend immediately on report.11 TR Air Cooled Duct able Split AC units service of the plant 12 times per year (1.Safety controls such as pressure cutouts will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning they will be repaired/replaced. 2.Air filters will be inspected and cleaned. 3.Cooling coil will be inspected and cleaned. 4.The blower motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended. 5.The driver set of the motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended. 6.The condenser fan motor will be attended to. 7.The condenser coil will be inspected and cleaned. 8.Repairs to refrigerant piping due to system problems will be attended)

OD328354/2025-2026:Charges for filling sufficient quantity of Freon 32/410A gas for existing air conditioner unit including leak testing rectifying the defects leak arresting including brazing and make the compressor in good working condition for the following. 1TR/1.5TR/2TR/3TR

OD72548/2026-2027:Supply and fixing ofSelf-adhesive vinyl sticker for lettering and figures of sizes and colour selected by the Engineer in charge for the identification mark to fan, AC, SB, DB, panel board , fire etc as required

OD72553/2026-2027:Cleaning and painting of base frame in installed position with one or more coats of painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.
