Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding late rite and sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, leveling dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with earth. in layer not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (payment to be on basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)

A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to Proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Cement Concrete with graded stone (30 mm size) excluding shuttering

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Reinforcement for Reinforced Concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. Including supplies of rods , initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

Hire and labour for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout and thick hard wood planks ……………. Fitting, fixing & striking out after completion of works (upto roof of groung floor)

(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (6:1) a)In foundation plinth

125 mm th. brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, celling etc.) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work)

Aluminium sheet ridging fitted with self tapping screws, EPDM washers etc complete.(Minimum 225mm end lapping).

Galvanised plain sheet works (excluding supporting framework) fitted and fixed with 6 mm.dia J or L hook-bolts and nuts, sheet-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and puttywith 150 mm. end lap & 50 mm minimum side lap complete.

Colour washing with any shade with Stainers, as required including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly:

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37mm. thick made with RCC 1:1/2:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stonechips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc.as per direction of the Engineer-inCharge.

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary).
