REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF RAW WATER RCC MS DI PIPELINE OF 600MM DIA AND ALLIED WORKS FROM MEGHADRIGEDDA DAM TO NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Removing/plucking of wild vegetation saplings shrubs brushwood undergrowth, roots and trees if required along the pipeline and removing rubbish and dump outside the periphery area under clearance complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of raw water strainer of size 600mm dia at every 15 days after dismantling all nuts bolts of strainer top cover and refixing after completion of work including clening of PCC pit by removing all scales dirt, sediments complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI/DI air release valve with isolating sluice valve 80mm dia including removing old unserviceable valves complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI/DI air release valve with isolating sluice valve 150mm dia including removing old unserviceable valves complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for attending break down of RCC/DI pipe line of size 600mm including bursting/cracks and cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas/ manual cutting as per site requirement and inserting suitable any type of specials such as short pieces, lead wool and spum yarn etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages by using necessary dewatering pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down and fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials fittings.(iii)specials will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.Items which are not available as supply only are deemed to be included to make the unit completely functional.

Supply only Mechanical joint (MJ) suitable for 600 mm dia DI/MS pipe factory fabricated readily available in market including fasteners nuts bolts rubber gusket complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Machine ends suitable for 600 mm dia DI/MS pipe factory fabricated readily available in market includingfasteners nuts bolts rubber gusket complete all as specified and directed

Supply only MS pipe any length not less than 600mm bore not less than 12 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for visual inspection of Raw water pipe line from Meghadrigedda to Vijayanagara gate and reporting any leakage including liasoning with external agencies by taking support of minimum two helpers across the stretch complete all as specified and directed

M&l for attending emergency repair for leaking of RCC collar joint of 600mm bore RCC water mains at any location in trenches by excavating,removing of soil mannually(or) mechanical excavator including dewatering with pumps during processing of job and removal of damaged cement mortar and old spun yarn after opening of complete joint caulking with new spun yarnand cement mortar with quick setting cement and chemical all around the collar joint and testing the new joint complete all as specified and directed.
