S&F Providing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardan and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Complete all as specified and directed

S&F Providing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately) →specification & drawings given in Section 8 of MES Schedule Part-II 2004 as applicable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets or frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions,as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S & F PVC solid ventilator frame size 55 X 47mm with wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm PVC sheet, meter cut at two comers and jointed with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm MS square tube the two vatted profiles are to be reinforced with 19 x 19mm MS square tube the 50% of bottom portion is fixed with 4mm pin headed glass and balance 50% of top portion is fixed with 4mm thick pin headed glass lowers and cover with 0.36mm dia stainless steel wire mesh at top portion including necessary PVC beading with screws and 3 Nos 12mm dia MS guard, bars fixed in ventilator frame including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS guard bars etc., complete all as specified and directed.
