Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 25 KV AC single phase OHE, including OHE modification in C/w (i) construction of 2 lane ROB at L-Xing 84-AC at KM 177/13-15 (In front of Star paper mill) in KJGY yard for MTC -SRE section and Construction of ROB along with LHS in lieu of L-Xing 96-C/3 at KM 200/15,16-17,18 Bet SSW-PKY on SRE-UMB section (ii) the construction work of development of additional maintenance and stabling facilities at Chandigarh station over Ambala division ".

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V' whichever is less, where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-I, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

As per Clause 2.3.2 (A)(i), (ii), (iii) of attached tender document: (i) Statement showing similar works executed by him/them (ii) Certificates of successful completion of his/their work (iii) The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-I, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

(As per Clause 2.3.2 (A) (v) (a),(b)(i),(ii),(iii) of attached tender document):- (a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completedany of the following (From Govt. Organisation) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited. Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. (b) (i) In case of tenders for composite works (e.g. works involving more than one distinct component, such as Civil Engineering works, S&T works, Electrical works, OHE works etc. and in the case of major bridges - substructure, superstructure etc.), tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited. Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, or two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, or one similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Note for (b)(i): Separate completed works of minimum required values shall also be considered for fulfilment of technical eligibility criteria for different components. (b)(ii) In such cases, what constitutes a component in a composite work shall be clearly pre- defined. with estimated tender cost of it, as part of the tender documents without any ambiguity. Any work or set of works shall be considered to be a separate component, only when cost of the component is more than Rs 2 crore each. (b)(iii) To evaluate the technical eligibility of tenderer, only components of work as stipulated in tender documents for evaluation of technical eligibility, shall be considered. The scope of work covered in other remaining components shall be either executed by tenderer himself if he has work experience as mentioned in clause 2.3.3(a) (ii)of the Tender Document or through subcontractor fulfilling the requirements as per clause 2.3.3 of the Tender Document or jointly i.e., partly himself and remaining through subcontractor, with prior approval of Chief Engineer in writing.

Similar Nature of Work means that the contractor should have completed the "Design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 50 HZ, single phase 25 kVAC OHE"

Check list should be provide along with tender document which shows the details of connected document.

The cost of Tender Document is Nil in case of E tender.

Bid Security will have to be deposited ONLINE in terms of clause 3.0 of tender document.

Upload your bank details i.e. Name of the Bank along with Bank Branch Code, Account Number, IFSC Code as per Annexure- J(Real Time Gross Saving (RTGS)/National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT)(Model Mandate Form) of tender document, without which the offer is liable to be rejected.

Tenderers are compulsorily required to fill up/ updated requisite details in prescribed Performa of Annexure-L (completion certificate) of tender document, without which the offer is liable to be rejected.

The tenderers shall upload a certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-M, & M (A), as the case may be, non-submission of a certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid and it shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self-attested/digitally signed by which they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document. It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned, as stipulated in 2.2.6 of "Special tender Conditions and instructions to tenderers" without which the offer will be considered incomplete and will be rejected similarly.

The tenderers must necessarily upload/submit the legal documents, pertaining to the constitution of their Concern as applicable, along with the tender, as enumerate in clause 2.4 of special tender condition and instruction to tenderers of tender document.

Tenderer shall certify that they are not black listed or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry/ Department/PSU (Public Sector undertaking) of the Govt. of India/State Govt. from participation in tenders/contract on the date of opening of bids either in their individual capacity or as a member of the JV frm in which they were/are members.

Tenderer must compulsorily upload ANNEXURE-Q regarding Employment/Partnership etc. of Retired Railway Employees without which tender will be similarly rejected.

Tenderer must compulsorily upload ANNEXURE-K-3 and ANNEXURE-K-4 If tender submitted on behalf of Partnership Firm, relevant Annexures K-3 and K-4 as Declaration to be submitted by the tenderer along with tender document.
