Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft / hard rock, chiselling / wedging out of rock / where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 6: 12 (1Cement: 6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Random rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in CM 1:6 (1cement:6sand) infoundaton and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providingand laying damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. 12.50mm nominal size and curing complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (Mexphalt 80/100 equivlent)using 1.70kg per sqmt on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with loating piece of cloth lightly socked in Kersone oil in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (2nd class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory, windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazed and panelled , glazed or panelled shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necesssary screws (a) 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies, height of propping and cent ring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/Concrerete /stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth CM 1:5 (1cement: 5sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and incudng preparing the surface by thoughly cleaing oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood based surface with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coat to give and even shade including thorughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortor and other foreign matter in all respect with all leads and lifts

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove oil,dirt, dust,motor and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting etc. with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect

Providing and fixing of manhole cover (size 680x680) with MS sheet 2.00mm thick with hinges on MS angle iron frame 35x35x3mm supporting with 40x5mm MS flat with base frame 40x40x5mm duly welded and fixed in RCC slab with anchor bolt 12mmx150mm including cost of welding charges, carriage fixing and applying priming coat and locking arrangement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
