Scraping white wash and colour wash.

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats on old distempered work when shade is changed

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 Sqm

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. two or more coats to give an even shade

Repairs to plaster in patches of Area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead (a) With Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement 4 sand) Taking area 20.5 sqm

Structural steel work in girders or Stanchions built up of one joist or channel section. Riveted including cutting and fixing old gusset plates bolts, Nuts, Rivets etc. complete with flange plates, head, sole plates, angle connections etc. with hoisting & erecting in position.
