Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steelladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works,including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S. tube

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath &courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

CI Ornamental Design: Supplying approved quality heavy-duty Cast Iron (CI) ornamental spearhead/finial of decorative pattern, suitable for fixing on MS/CI railing, complete with all necessary welding, grinding, finishing, one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
