Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock,soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus / unuseful material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures all useful material such as stone single aggregate and slates etectera shall be shorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 101.80 (one hundred one decimal eight zero) cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing of typical NABARD informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m (twenty five into five millimetre) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. (twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm (seventy five into seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) 600mm (six hundred millimetr) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm (forty seven into forty seven millimetre) of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides.
