M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

Material and labour for preparation of new platered surface of wall wall, chajja, facia, ceiling parapet etc including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc., out side the premises complete all as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and Pouring Micro Concreting M-40 Grade as under: (a) Dry the concrete substrate surfaces and clean it free of debris & dust. (b) Apply Epoxy bond coat of the sound sub strate using approved spray machine and ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes) (c) Immedieately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M-40 Grade (Make: MasterEmaco S46T of BASE or equivalent of Fosroc/Sika/STP/Choksey/Bostik) using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer's recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, formwork, leads & lifting materials, transportation and scaffolding etc to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness)

Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling,fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc all as specified and directed. Make :- Hilti HY 150/ Fosroc Lockfix E 75 chemical or quivalents solutions SIKA /STP/ HINDCON as approved by GE.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted/treated surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in roof padding etc including old detoriated roof treatment and bedding layer and removing debries and rubbish to a distance outside MD land complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, benching, levelling course to roof etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 10 mm thick, screed bed as in roof in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for preparation of horizontal or vertical surfaces for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned accessible RCC roof with the following specification and manufacturings instruction complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surfaces as per IS3067-1966 (b) Applying bitumen primer(85/25 grade)conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned plaster surface @ 0.5 Ltr per sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps shall be applied on the prepared surface. (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrance 3.0mm thick (minimum) weight 3.6Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160gms per sqm by torch application. The over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction.

M & L for cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300 mm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in with mixture of white and grey cement equal proportion and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.
