M&L for Laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows letter etc on road with retroeflective thermoplastic road marking paint 3mm uniform thickness with glass brands (MORTH Grade) white/yellow colour n exc 100mm wide with help of road marking machine incl cleaning the surface throughly and removing all dirt dust etc complete all as spc and dir.

Construction of RCC Septic tank 100 users with brick masonry wall PCC in foundation floor ,cover slab including sludge chamber ,CI vent pipe ,CI cowl,inlet and outlet pipe ,RCC baffle and all necessary earth work complete all as specified and shown in drgs. Drg No TD 217 Sheet 1/1 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.6 m x 3.0 m effective depth complete all as specified and directed.

Plate (size 300x300x3mm thick ) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing PG clamps for jumper connections aluminium die cast with two Gl nut and bolts suitable for ACSR conductor upto panther on 11 KV HT OH lines complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing bldg/poles light bracket made out 32 mm dia bore G.I pipe, light grade of length not less than 1.5 Mtr, bend to required shape for holding the fitting including clamps 50x6 mm flat iron, nuts & bolts for supporting the brackets including aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying burnt clay fly ash bricks designation 75(Kg/cm2) Old size bricks in cable trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI pipe any type of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for valve pit chamber of size internal dimensions 600x600x600 mm Including Necessary earthwork in any type of soil, PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 15mm thick plaster internally and 15mm thick externally in (upto 15 cm below NGL) CM 1:4, 4mm thick MS cover with hinges and looking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40x40x5 mm MS angle complete with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coats of white wash on all plastered surface of valve chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for telephone point wiring with twin core telephone wire complete all as directed.

Material and labour for polycarbonate FR grade 1 module telephone socket confirming to IEC 60603 -7 mounted on suitable size phenolic laminated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 4 Module Gang box including Modular socket outlet 16 Amps for AC, 240 Volts flush type white finish with MCB 16 Amps type 'C' flush mounted and LED indicator (RED) incl concealed point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling/roof with necessary arrangements with 4.0 Sqmm single core 1100 Volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor with and including PVC concealed conduit of medium grade with all fittings and Modular white cover plate with frame 4 module to accommodate all the accessories complete with internal connections, fixed with chromium plated screws and washers for switches and sockets, including 4.0 Sqmm single core 1100 Volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including cutting chases in walls / floors for concealed conduit and making good disturbed surfaces by cement mortar (1:3) and to match with the existing surface/colour by using existing oil bound distemper/white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All doors should have gasket and locking arrangement to meet ingress protection level IP-43. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (RAL 7032 SIEMENS GREY) after necessary surface treatment.
