Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet1.66 mm(One point sixty six milimetre) to 2mm (Two milimetre) thick in eves board/ facia/soffit/ceiling including cutting ,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Structure steel work riveted , bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With float glass panes of 5 mm ( five millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( twenty millimetre ) nominal size) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm( twelve millimetre ) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm ( three point three kilogram / square metre ) including pointing in white cement complete Granite of any colour and shade as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm( eighteen millimete) thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved Granite work as per the direction Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
