Tender for Intensive Offline Training of NEET/K-CET for Directorate of Minorities students studying in Minority Morarji Desai, Dr.A.P. J Abdul Kalam, Government Muslim Residential School Residential College Students for the year of 2026-27

The bidding firm must have successfully trained a minimum of five thousand (5,000) students in any Government Department through Online mode, either through a Mobile Application or Web-based platform, for NEET, K-CET, JEE, or any other competitive examination training program. The above requirement shall be fulfilled in any one year during the last five (5) financial years, namely: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, & 2024-25.

The students trained by the bidding firm must have secured a minimum of one hundred (100) Government Free Seats in MBBS / IIT / NIT during the last 3 following academic years: 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25

The bidding firm must have prior experience in providing Learning TABs to students integrated with: Online assessments (with internet connectivity), and Offline assessments (without internet connectivity), for NEET / JEE / K-CET preparation, along with related teaching and learning services using TAB devices. The above experience must have been provided to any Government Department or Government Institution during the last three (3) financial years, namely 2022-23,2023-24, and 2024-25

The bidding firm must have successfully trained a minimum of one thousand students in any Government Department through exclusive Offline mode for NEET, K-CET, and JEE coaching programs. The above requirement shall have been fulfilled during the last three financial years, namely 2022-23,2023-24, and 2024-25

The bidding firm must own and operate its Android-based Online Learning Platform (Mobile Application). The platform shall meet the following requirements: Complete video lectures must be available subject-wise, chapter-wise, and concept-wise for structured learning access. An integrated online test series must be available, including chapter-wise test papers. The Android application must have been published and available on the Google Play Store for a minimum period of three years prior to the bid submission date.

The bidding firm must have a minimum of forty (40) full-time teaching faculty members with at least five (5) years of experience in NEET/K-CET/JEE coaching and training. Further, the firm must have a minimum of ten (10) qualified faculty members for each of the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology

The bidding firm must have established physical training centers equipped with adequate infrastructure facilities necessary for conducting coaching and training programs. A minimum of two centres must be located within Karnataka. (Co-brand/owned)(Mandatory), The remaining centres, if any, may be located anywhere across India, The infrastructure facilities shall be subject to verification by the Tender Inviting Authority through physical inspection and/or virtual verification, as deemed appropriate.

The bidding firm shall provide one complete set of its printed study material covering NEET /JEE /K-CET subjects. The study material must: Contain comprehensive teaching content including subject-wise theory, concept explanations, illustrations, and solved examples. Include complete test series and assessments (chapter-wise, unit-wise, and full-length tests). QR Code, when scanned, must link to corresponding doubt clarification videos and/or detailed solution explanations. The printed material must be QR-compatible and technically feasible for scanning and accessing digital content seamlessly, Ensure that all questions in the study material are integrated with QR Codes,
