Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of Diesel Engine Driven Generating set at Gajraj Auditorium at Chandpur in Two shift, of 8 hours per shift in all days including Sundays and holidays minimum with one Skilled FGM in each shift (for Morning and evening shifts only) (from 06 am to 02 pm,02 pm to 10 pm ) utilizing for Operate the 160 KVA DG Set as and when required including changeover the main/ standby supply operating control main and filing up the POL tank and cleaning DG Set, maintain the battery incl maintenance of log sheet/ register in proper printed format all as directed. Note:- (i) The unit rates shall be included for printing log book and PRRB for as under plants, attendence register in std formate etc with other required accessories. (ii) Provision of dress for deployed staffs in proper code given by Deptt. (iii) The cost of required hygienise /cleaning to installation with apporx 10 Mtrs surrounded with required and cleaning material such as cotton wast, broom, distilled water, lead to be re-set battery terminals/post, etc with all others. (iv) The cost of minior required T&P to be attanding complaint with all required safety measures to be perform duty. (V) Deployed electricians shall be responsible to attand the all nature of electic complaints. (vi) The cost of trade men tool set with all std safety materials required to perform duties safely. Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of E/M Plants / Equipment at swimming pool in two (02) shifts, of 8 hours per shift in all days including Sundays and holidays minimum with one Skilled FGM in each shift (for Morning and evening shifts only) (from 06 am to 02 pm,02 pm to 10 pm ) utilizing for pumping/filtering/treatment the water swimming pool through filter plants, chlorination including necessary operation of valves of water supply and making arrangement of keeping pump house building clean and repairs to normal defects as and when occured and maintaining log sheet for pump all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. The details of equiptments and plants are as under :- (a) Filter plant 2000GHP = 03 Nos (b) Centrifugal pump set of capacity 10000 GHP electrically driven 15 HP = 03 Nos (c) Ozonied plant = 01 Nos. Outsourcing of services for operation of oil fired incinerator at 155 BH in the restricted Army area under GE(S) Tezpur in Two shifts of 08 hours each, in all days including Sundays and holidays with one minimum skilled FGM in each shift (for morning and evening shifts only) (from 06 am to 02 pm,02 pm to 10 pm ) utilised to run the Incinerntor of 130 Kg/Hr multiple chambe. Note:- Rate including filling of fuel in tank, chambers, starting of plant as per guide line, filling bio medical waste, checking fuel position to attain required temperature, cleaning complete plant and plant room, disposal of ash and other packing material as per guide lines with one operator (filter general mechanic) all as instructed from time to time and as directed. Details of accessories to be cleaned, maintained and operated are as under:- (a) Oil fired incinerator main body. (b) Primary and secondary combustion chamber with burner. (c) Ash holding system. (d) Gas dilution and cooling system and ventury scrabber. (e) Water pump re-circulation water tank and caustic soda tank. (f) Exhaust fan. (g) Oil tank. (h) Cyclone droplet separator. (j) Air blower.
