M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in hard standing including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing grade 'A' all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level. (un renforced) complete all as specified.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in floor and finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab 605 mm x 605 mm size on floor top, step etc over and incl 15mm thick bedding layer cement mortar 1:6 in roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/Sqm with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting , rubbing and mirror/granite finish polished complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made 35mm IInd class hard wood glazed/guage skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (with sash bars), divided in to square, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded ,fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glasses etc, doors etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I, 1991, Section- 8, Clause 8.20(b), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made 40 mm thick IInd class HW plain framed panelled shutter (any numbers of panel) with lock rail &panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces.The size of rail as per IS: 1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated all as specified.

S & F factory made 30mm IInd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (with sash bars), divided in to square, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded ,fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glasses etc, window ventilators etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I, 1991, Section- 8, Clause 8.20(b), complete all as specified and directed.
