PUMP SET :Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 02 CusecHorizontal split casing Pumping unit at LIS Jabla Salamabad======= AS per specification laid in APPENDIX “B” of SBD read with all terms and condition of the e NIT

Reflux Valve :Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Reflex valve of following Specification: .Nominal Dia: 200mm .Body: Cast Iron. .Rating: PN-1.6 Hinge Disc :Cast iron Hinge Pin : AISI 410 Body Ring: Leaded Gun .Disc Face: Natural Rubber. The job also includes Nuts, Bolts & Washers, Matching flanges for the completion of work Acceptable make: Kirloskar/AVK/VAG/Sigma flow/Equivalent provided equivalence has been established in EOI of SE Mechanical Circle Kashmir I&FC Department Srinagar.

Travelling Gantry :Design, manufacture, supply, erection, & commissioning of 03 ton capacity with monorail and chain-pulley block suitable for handling a load of 03 ton capacity in both directionsi.e. long-travel movement and cross-travel movement.---------------- AS per specification laid in APPENDIX “B” of SBD read with all terms and condition of the e NIT

Working Platform :Fabrication, providing and fitting of working platform at LIS Jabla Salamabad which includes providing and fitting of horizontal members fabricated out of ISMC 100 welded on one side to the MS plate and grouted on the other side into the concrete works of sump to form the rectangular frame of 4 m x 1.6 m. ISMC 100: - {(2x4 m) + (6x1.6) m=17.6mtrs, 6mmthick. B) Providing and fitting of chequered plate to the rectangular ISMC frame of width 1250mm, length 5000mm, thickness 6mm with necessary bracings out of ISA 50x50x6. The job also includes the formation of rectangular opening at the requisite spots for installation of suction pipes. The job is to carried out as per the instructions of site engineer. The working platform shall be painted with steel primer and two coats of enamel paint of black shade.

Suction/Delivery Manifold :Fabrication, installation, laying and handling of suction side/delivery manifold pipeline out of 200 mm dia., 6.3mm thick MS pipe (30mtr) which includes the charge of fabrication of long radius bends, welding work, nuts & bolts, washers etc. for the completion of work and. The pipe is to be welded with M.S flanges of 16 mm thick as per site requirement (For suction /Delivery Manifold). Fabrication, providing and fitting of 200mm nominal dia. MS foot valve (02 no) as per the below specifications: - Nominal diameter 200 mm Height 375mm Bell mouth 300 mm Sheet thickness 8mm Seat plate thickness 16 mm No. of ports 1 Port diameter 200 mm Flap thickness 12 mm The flaps to be hinged with MS hinge pin assembly having suitable counter weight and also a suitable washer/sole rubber gasket to be fixed with the flaps. A cylinder shaped MS strainer fabricated out of ISQ /ISR 12mm with a height of 300 mm built around equally spaced three horizontal rings ribbed vertically at a space of 25mm. the bottom of the foot valve shall be provided and fitted with steel section at above mentioned spaces.

Sump Gantry: Fabrication, Providing, Installation and testing of 01 Ton capacity Sump Gantry. The job comprises of the following process and involvement of materials. Specifications: Capacity …………………………….….1 Ton Length of beam of sump Gantry……….6000mm Height of vertical posts……………….5000mm Column supports for Gantry: Fabrication, Providing and Fitting of 2No’s column supports for the sump gantry. The column supports shall have to be installed at two sides of the sump on which the beam of the sump gantry shall rest. The column supports shall be fabricated out of 200 mm dia. 6.3mm thick MS pipe. The height of each MS post shall be 5000 mm.The column supports shall be grouted in cement concrete block of 2’x2’x2.5’ in 1:2:4 mix. The two ends of the column support have to be provided with MS plate of size 300x300x10mm by way of welding. The plates are to be drilled with 4 No. of holes so that plate of column supports and plates of I beam shall be joined with the help of nuts and bolts and welding as well. Fabrication and fitting of ladder steps to be fab. out of ISA 30x30x5mm (1.5 feet long) on one of the vertical columns supports at intervals of 2 feet c/c. Main I beam of sump Gantry: One No. I beam of size ISMB-200 shall have to be laid horizontally on the vertical column supports. The two ends of the I beam shall have to be provided with MS plate of size300x300x10mm by way of welding. The plates are to be also drilled with 4 No. of holes as same of plates of vertical supports and shall be joined with each other with the help of nuts and bolts and welding as well. Movement: The sump gantry comprises providing/ hoisting of chain block of 1 Ton capacity with 6 mtr vertical lift on one No. travelling mono rail of I Ton capacity. The make of the chain pulley block and mono rail shall be of Globe/indef with ISI mark. The sump gantry shall be painted with steel primer and two coats of enamel paint of yellow shade for I beam and black shade for vertical supports.

Dismantling Joint :Fabrication, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 200mm dia M.S Dismantling joint fabricated out of M.S flat plate. The thickness of the body of dismantling joint shall be 6.3mm and thickness of flange shall be 16mm. The dismantling joint shall be in three parts. The job also includes the charge for nuts, bolts & washers for the completion of work.

Supply of complete Tool kit of Taparia/jalani with other mechanical Equipments------- AS per specification laid in APPENDIX “B” of SBD read with all terms and condition of the e NIT

Supply of two no channels fabricated out of ISMC 100 for helping in shifting of electro- mechanical items in load carrier during breakdown of items in future (14Ft).

Flap Valve:Fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of M.S flap valve of 200 mm dia fabricated out of M.S flat plate and thickness of flap plate shall be 12mm. The job includes the charge of hinge, nuts, bolts, washer, D.G set, Welding set, Highly skilled labours and other tools & tackles for the completion of work. It also includes applying red oxide primer & then applying two coats of silver paint of reputed make.
