Subhead: Earthwork

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc.in all kind of soils, not exceeding 2mtr. Depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonary,in 15cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30mtr.

Earth filling under floors and plinth area taken from outside the campus area with all lead & lift, including loading, unloading laid in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering compensation of each layer by vibro roller capacity 10 Ton etc and degree of compaction required 95 per cent work complete in all respect as satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m Soft/loose soil

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional ant termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the pits, walls ,trenches basement excavation, top surfaces treatment complete plinth area.

Subhead: Concrete work

Providing and laying cement concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering for all works up to plinth level with 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone & Base coat underneath floor tiles

Damp Proof Course 40mm thick of cement concrete 1.2:4 using stone aggregate with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration, at 1 65 kg per Sqm. Laid hot and sanded.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete M 30 Foundation, footings, bases of column ,walls, facias, columns, chajjas, pillars, beams, plinth beam, cantilever, suspended floors, lintel roofs and staircase including spiral staircase, shelves etc.

Centring ,shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation, footings pile cap, bases of column, walls, suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. Lintels, beams, plinth beams, cantilever, stairs including steps.

Subhead : Brick work

First class Brick work laid in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth.

Subhead: Flooring

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. First quality of reputed manufacturers like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHSONS and RAK

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles to I.S.15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colors, shades except burgundy, bottle green ,black of any size as approved by engineer in charge in skirting ,risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Size 200x300 mm/300x450mm or any approved size by mill management.

Subhead: Roofing

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86 cmx11.43 cmx3.81 cm laid over 87.50 mm mud filling on a layer of 25 mm mud plaster and another layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles,including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg per sqm on top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surfaces to be left clean etc.

Subhead :Finishing

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 Fine sand)

Rough cast cement plaster on walls with mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 2.36 mm to 12 mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster on two coats, first coat 10 mm cement plaster 1:4 and finishing coat 10 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement,3sand,mixed with 10% finely ground hydrated lime by volume of cement including arises, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth. .

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare surface even and sooth complete. Distempering with water based distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work (2 coats). Painting doors and window two coats. External side with water proofing cement paint of approved make.

Subhead : Miscellaneous

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 approved graded stone) over 75 mm bed of stone ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing top smooth.

External & Internal plumbing works GI pipe ½”,3/4”.1”,brass bib cock, pillar cock in all toilets/bathrooms as per requirements, OHT tank 1000 litre (3 nos.),WC pan (2 nos),European WC pan (1 nos.), urinal basin, wash basin, Steel sink, Brass towel rail including all fittings such as tap and sanitary fittings with approved make.

Internal electrical installation PVC wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC copper conductor for lights/switch/fan/exhaust fan (30 points), Concealed box, PVC conduit. Providing and fixing above items at required places.

Installation of submersible bore well with 2 HP submersible pump with motor supplying water to newly constructed rest house of approved make including all cable and control panel in approved make up to 110 feet deep or as per available water aquifers inside.

Making connection of drain or sewer line with manhole including breaking into and making good walls making necessary arrangements for connection in septic tank.
