Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including Spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry fine sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying GI tube light grade 50 mm bore with fitting laid in trenches of for road crossing for protection of LT underground cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring hole under-neath road/hardstanding/pavement with trenchless technology using mechanical drilling/horizontal boring machine for crossing of cable without cutting the surface and providing 80mm bore HDPE pipe suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure and making good the disturbed area etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : 80mm bore HDPE pipe is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contactor.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore, 40 mm bore light grade protection pipe , wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar, GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule 2009, Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated cable of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal area with multi-stranded copper conductor FRLSH , 1100V grade drawn drawn through and including PVC non metallic concealed conduit of suitable dia with all fitting and accessories , PVC terminal box of suitable size with cover for mounting switch/sockets etc of suitable size including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unshealhed single core multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly with proper colour coding for one 5/6 pin, 15 Amps socket point control by one switch on independent board, incl cutting chasis & marking good to disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
