Supplying and installing 25 Ton pressure capacity vertical Baler machine suitable for waster paper,waste plastic etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. The machine shall be directly procured from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) only. 2. The OEM i.e Supplier should be registered with MSME. 3. Refer Particular specifications for technical details. MAKE : M/s Fabtech, M/s Power Hydrotech, M/s SRS Engineering Delhi, Ecotech Solution, Microteknik, M/s Thermax, M/s Smart Enviro Systems Pvt Ltd Note : The machine shall be installed by OEMs with the following provisions: 1. Necessary catalogues mentioning instructions and functions of all parts in triplicate shall be provided by the OEMs. 2. Proper training shall be provided about its usage and operation. 3. The contractor & OEM shall furnish 5 years guarantee for smooth functioning of machine.

Supplying, installation and testing of 100Kg/hour capacity fuel free incinerator machine of effective height 6.5m from ground level with air blower and scrubber unit for solid waste disposal alongwith erection,commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. The machine shall be directly procured from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) only. 2. The OEM i.e Supplier should be registered with MSME. 3. Refer Particular specifications for technical details. 4. Before delivery of machine at site, one officer shall be detailed by Accepting Officer to inspect the machine at factory to check all the specifications. Necessary expenditure on this account shall be borne by the contractor. Excavation in trenches ,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts ,well cesspts ,manholes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Filling under floor (except material) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC type D2, 1 : 4 : 8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC type B2, 1 : 2 : 4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC in 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 75 mm thick type B-2 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded agg as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement .

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, as in Plinth protection etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metre and at change in direction complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Hardcore broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 40 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface as directed

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non metallic floor hardener applied over concrete surface as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fosroc, Sika, Thermax, Bostik

S&F for steel work as in tubular truss,purlin,posts etc incl special shaped washer etc complete using erw or induction butt weld ed tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 gde st-240,including gusset plate pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters , purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding door fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled sections as in framing for cladding, stiffner,glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix purpose made crew bolts with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut 16-20 mm dia and exc. 5cm and nexc. 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers , the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised diameter of neck 20mm and length exc. 30 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels , square cut or notched forming holes ,without any attachment in Fe 290-(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning LT feeder pillar box suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system outdoor type, totally enclosed, dust, weather & vermin proof fabricated out of 3.0mm CRCA sheet (outer shall) & 2.0mm inner shell, duly spray painted with powder coated paint and having TPN Aluminium busbars of rating 1.5 times that of Controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulators with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 sec, bottom base cahnnel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 3 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x 3 mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main busbar to switchgears with required size of Aluminium busbars/copper conductor cables and control wiring with minimum 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor wire, cable alleys, cable glands comprising of the following:

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning 3½ core 70 sqmm,1100 volts grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed multistranded conductor complete all as specified. Note:- Earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where reqd. shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix DOL starter with MU relay suitable for 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50Hz AC motor of cap upto 7.5 HP complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Star delta starter with MU relay suitable for 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50Hz AC motor of cap above 7.5 HP but upto 12.5 HP with single phase prevention feature complete all as specified.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for distribution board (DB) VTPN 4 way conforms to IS 8623-1 & 3, IEC 61439-1 & 3, IP 54 protection, provided with 100 Amp insulated phase bus bars, neutral bar with shroud & earth bar, suiatable for housing FP MCCBs as incomer & MCBs as outgoing, double door type complete all as specified.

S&F MCCB 40 Amp, 4 pole, 16 kA thermal adjustable and fixed magnetic setting type complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 Amp, 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve type, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

Excavation in treanches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for cables / GI tubings etc. not exc 10sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exc50 m but not exc in 100 m and deposited wher directedat a leveln exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection provided with layers 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose, punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para19.75 of SSR Part-I, 2009.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks old size for protection of cables laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjecent to each other complete all as specified.

M&L GI tubing light grade 25mm dia with all fitting laid in trenches across the road or in culvert or fixed to pole for cable protection complete all as specified.

M&L GI tubing light grade 50mm dia with all fitting laid in trenches across the road or in culvert or fixed to pole for cable protection complete all as specified.

M&L GI tubing light grade 80mm dia with all fitting laid in trenches across the road or in culvert or fixed to pole for cable protection complete all as specified.
