Dressing and chilchalling Road flanks including cutting and filling with earth up to 150 mm average thickness finished with outward cross-grade of 1 in 30.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Mending Potholes and depressions by stitching picked jhama bricks with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern and including necessary cushion of sand below the soling (and in between layers) including cutting the pothole area to rectangular shape with vertical edges, removing all loose materials, finishing the surface to match with adjacent areas complete as per direction. (b) One brick-on-edge laid in herring bond pattern (thickness 125 mm)

Supplying and laying polythene sheet (150gm/ M2 ) over damp proof course or bellow flooring of roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (a) Pakur variety 3% extra For link road approach, Turning and Variable Width

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (upto roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (a) With earth obtained by fresh excavation upto 1800 mm. depth (including the cost of excavation from land arranged by the Deptt. within a lead of 100 m.)

Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete . Including the cost of supply of sand .(payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).
