Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Boring for Cast in situ bored piles of 450mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata in drain by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The rate shall include stopping channel, dewatering, formwork, installing, centering, shifting of rig, mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.
Carrying out Initial load tests on test piles of dia 450mm DMC piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 with 2.5 times the design load specified in drawings including preparation of pile for test, erection of kentledge, loading test load, installation of equipments for load test , dismantling all equipments and test load and clearing the site and submission of report etc as specified in IS and all as directed by Garrison Engineer.
Carrying out Routine load tests on test piles of dia 450mm DMC piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 with 2.5 times the design load specified in drawings including preparation of pile for test, erection of kentledge, loading test load, installation of equipments for load test , dismantling all equipments and test load after the test and clearing the site and submission of report etc as specified in IS and all as directed by Garrison Engineer.
Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaftes, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Removing excavated material exc 1.5KM but n.exc 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above the GL complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in below pile caps/ plinth beam foundations, filling and mass-concrete Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 RMC (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cast in situ DMC piles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items (ii) Chipping of laitance/chipping of concrete as specified at PS Part I clause no. 7 and disposal to a distance of excceding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5Km and depositing where directed shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate..
Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 RMC(using 20mm graged stone aggregate) in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc basement slabs and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 RMC (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls , retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 RMC (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings , bases of columns, raft and raft beams , sides and soffits(if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter with rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Use and waste formwork to faces of walls , retaining walls, abutments, parapets and similar works including attached pillasters, buttresses etc. vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in- Charge.
Supply and fix CRS/HCRM/CRM TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shap required including bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Chrge.
Supply and fix CRS/HCRM/CRM TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shap required including bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Chrge.
Supply and fix CRS/HCRM/CRM TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia for stirups, specers and binders cut to length, bent to shap required including bending spirally, hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standared rails straining bolts,including,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins,etc.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Concertina coil of 610mm diameter punched tape (supported on MS Angle iron frame and barbed wire all as specified and shown on drawing) manufactured using central core of high tensile GI spring steel core wire of 2.6mm dia around which a tape of razoer sharp blades(Low carbon GI strips) of thickness 0.52mm is machine crimped with following specifications:- (a) Dia of Coil(unstretched) = 610mm (b) No of Circles = 51turns per coil (c) Wt of each coil with Hessain cloth = 8.50Kg(+/- 0.5kg) (d) Coverage per Coil = 8 RM (e) Dove tail clips shall be grade A as per IS 2062 and hot dip galvanised with 20microns or 290gms/Sqm. 5 clips per 2 spiral turns approx 125 clips per coil. (f) the tensile strength of spring steel core wire shall be 1620N/Sqmm(min)all as per IS 4454/Part I with Zinc coating of 230gm/Sqm as per IS 2629. (g) Punched tape shall be matt finish with average coating of galvanisation of 18 microns. note:- (i) MS angle Iron frame and barbed wire shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) the concertina coil shall be tied to barbed wire with 1.2mm GI wire.(iii) concertina coil shall be measured along the length of the wall.
Supply and fix Post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 gde e-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 63mm guage broken glass coping embeded in 25mm thick layer in 1:3 at the rate of 6Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of antifungal primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 20 mm thick Granite slab and minimum length 1.8M(of any type) (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) set in cement mortar (1:3) 12mm thick and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete Type B2 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in drain walls and posts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Formwork to faces/side of drain walls and similar work including attached pillasters, butteresses etc, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or 55cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitread stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
