SCHEDULE "A" PART - I [CIVIL WORKS]
Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exec 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing demolished building materials/debris etc to a distance exc 1.50Km and n.exc 10Km beyond the lead included in the rates including loading and unloading and depositing outside the MD land at GVMC designated places complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for 100 mm thick vaccum dewatered concrete flooring using M-20 grade design mix concrete by vaccum processing with use of suction mat and vaccum pump and trowelling the surface with skim floater including sprinkling floor hardner @ 5 kg/sqm over concrete surface while it is green and the surface finished mechanically even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M & L for resin flooring of 5mm thick resin rich epoxy polyurethane flooring with epoxy primer and 3mm high strength epoxy screed over which 2 component pigmented EPU (without aggregate powder) to be laid at 2mm thickness as a topping. Above flooring is to be laid on the existing concrete floor post surface preparation which involves removing of vinyl sheets and the glue beneath it with stiff brushes/ by mechanical means; previously damaged resin flooring patches to be removed completely, minor undulations and concrete patches are to be repaired with fast setting EPU patching compound, floor cracks to be cut opened in V groove and treated with epoxy primer and mortar, construction joints to be opened at 15mm width and required depth and filled with epoxy mortar, anchor grooves (above 10mm x 10mm) made across the floor and at the termination points of floor topping, surface should be subjected to mechanical scarification / grinding followed by cleaning with vacuum cleaner. Epoxy polyurethane flooring to be able to withstand liveloads upto 2 Tons / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Above flooring to be executed by applicator authorised by manufacturer with necessary quality parameters checklist. Execution should comply with technical data sheets of manufacturer and all necessary controls like moisture checks, drying time, sealer coats etc., to be adhered.

SCHEDULE "A" PART - III [FIRE ALARM AND FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM]
Supply, installation and commissioning of addressable repeater alarm panel for the fire alarm system at security office along with necessary control module and connections all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Point wiring with suitable power socket with switch as per panel specification to be included in the quoted rate.
Supply and fix detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric/optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS : 11360, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Necessary arrangement for fixing sensors at a height of 10m from ground to be provided. The fire detectors and manual call points have to be controlled with fault isolator modules for the line of detectors not greaterthan 30 Nos. The cost has tobe included in the quoted rate.

Supply & Fix for PVC insulated copper cable 2 Core 1.5 Sqmm through rigid PVC conduits of size 25 mm dia, high conductivity annealed bare electrolytic copper conductor 650/1100V grade, PVC insulated pair twisted & screened, flexible both inner and outer FRLS PVC sheathed with ISI marked complete including all junction boxes, clamping and all mountings required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 25 mm Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit pipe medium grade laid on wall, but inclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fix 32 mm Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit pipe medium grade laid on wall, but inclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and lay 32mm High density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for cutting the bituminous road in the size not exc 0.4 metre x 0.6 metre for laying of UG cables and making good with the existing surfaces with cold mix bituminous after laying the pipe/cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply & laying of GI Pipe medium grade 50mm bore of tube for protection of UG cables, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Removing excavted material n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
