Repairing and renovation of the Auditorium with Cleaning and painting on the external exposed wall surface, renewing the existing Wall panelling on the internal exposed surface, repairing and painting of the False ceiling in IIMC Campus.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. (In All floors).

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound etc.

Supplying ,fitting & fixing Eco-friendly,Moisture Resistance and Incombustable Gypsum plaster board ( Density > 700Kg per Cu.m.) confirming to IS 2095- Part 1, 2011 of approved design and brand finished with gypsum jointing compound to form a joint less false ceiling all complete as per drawing & direction of Engineer - in- Charge. False ceiling with 12.5mm thick tapered edged Gypsum Plaster Board

Supplying, fitting & fixing OW Acoustic Board (mineral Fibre Acoustic Ceiling Tiles) of approved patern and size595mm X595mm with NRC value > 0.65 should be placed in the Grid module to form a false ceiling. All complete as per drawing & direction of Engineer - in- Charge. False ceiling with 15mm thick OW Acoustic Board/Tiles.

Taking out existing partition/ceiling of particle board, masonite board, ply board, soft board etc. of any thickness and refixing same in new position with necessary clamps making holes in walls, floor, roof and mending damages if any. [concrete plaster will be paid separately]

Providing and Fixing of Armstrong Optra Acoustical Wall Panel with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick, wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent fabric as per the approved shade (Husk, Copper, Sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut and Shell). The panel shall be classified for Fire Class A, as per ASTM E-84. The Acoustical Wall Panel shall be of sizes 600x600mm (Nominal) or 600x1200mm (Nominal) and shall achieve an NRC of 0.85 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) with 50mm airgap as per ASTM C423 to be fixed to wall on a framework of wooden battens and using Wall panel Impalers (supplied by the manufacturer) or by using construction adhesives (as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer). The fibre glass substrate shall have a recycle content of 85%. Installation An appropriate vapour barrier (by others) shall be applied/installed on the vertical surface before the installation to properly seal against entry of any moisture. Vapour barrier (by others) shall be installed as per Manufacturer’s recommendation. Install wooden batten grid of section 50x50mm or as approved by the Architect on the solid wall/partition to provide level and plumb surface at a spacing as per manufacturer's specification. The Impalers shall be fixed to the battens using self-tapping screws, 3 nos. in case of 600x600mm and 4 nos. in case of 600x1200mm. Silica based construction adhesive (by others) to be dabbed on to the projecting elements (spikes) of the Impalers. Armstrong Optra Wall Panels shall be pierced through the spikes of the Impalers ensuring the line and level of the panels are maintained.

Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based wall putty of approved make and brand(1.5mm thick)

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC One Coat Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) Standard Quality
