The firm should have an experience of Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of minimum 20 nos. of passenger elevator to government agencies/PSUs including Indian Railway. Proof of experience of Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of elevator should be submitted along with offer. It is to be noted that Purchase Order copy alone cannot be considered as proof of supply.

The firm should have service centers with qualified technical engineers in at least 20 cities in India. The firm should have maintained at least 20 nos of elevator years under annual maintenance contract with different government agencies/PSUs including Indian Railway in last three and current financial years. Firm shall attached list of service center and list of elevator (Lifts) under AMC.

The manufacturer shall be compliant to the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India),Order 2017 (as amended from time to time)issued by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The bidder shall submit Clause by Clause statement of compliance/deviation with respect to tender specification i.e. RDSO General specification attached to the tender.
