Excavation over area in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.50 Mtr deep and getting out all as directed.

Excavation over area in hard/dense soil exc 1.50 Mtr & n.exc 3.00 Mtr deep and getting out all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundataion fiiling & mass concrete all as specified

M&L for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia & over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required, including, cranking, binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing clips.

M&L for CRS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length ,bent to shape required, including, cranking, binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing clips.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings,bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work;vertical or to batter, for fair finished surfaces of concrete.

Form work to face of wall,Retaning Wall and simmilar work including attached pillasters buttress etc vertical or to batter, for fair finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-30 (20mm graded aggregate) in foundation including raft, footing, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases for columns etc basement slab under reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-30(20mm graded aggregate) in walls,retaining walls,basement walls and the like any thickness: above top of footings including attached pillasters and buttresses .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even using IWPC.(IWPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only water proofing compound

Surface excavation in hard/dense soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out all as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in any type of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) above ground floor and exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub base of class Gde-1 specification compacted in three layeer of 75 mm thick or part there of for achiveing sub gde modulus of 6.9 kg/sqm/cm and spread ,rolled to required gradient and camber all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm thick dry lean concrete over a prepared sub base grade with coarse aggregate and fine aggregate confirmimg to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exc 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not exceeding 1:15,aggregate blended to be as per table 600-1 of MORTH, cement content not less than 150 kg /cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction concrete strength not to be less than 7 Mpa at 7 days and 10 Mpa at 28 days, mixed in a batching plant, transporting to site, laid with a mechanical paver compacting with 8 to 10 ton vibratory roller finishing curing and including formwork etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm finished thickness sand cushioning (zone-II) over DLC Surfaces including necessary watering ramming etc complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying a layer of 400 micron polythene sheet, colourless transparent confirming to IS all as directed

M&L for Unreinforcd PQC Pavement /hard standing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement content not less than 350 kg/cum coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exc. 25 mm mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design for a flexurlal strength of not less than 4.4 Mpa in field transporting to site, laid with mechanical paver with sensor, spread compacted and finished in a continious operation, 250 mm thickness of concrete including form work to sides of concrete, mixed with secondary reinforcement as specified (secondary reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately ) (Rate also include for construction joints wherever provided due to unavoidablle circumtances if construction joint coincide at dummy joint the same shall be provided as per dummy joint and paid under respective items of dummy joint)

Finishing surfaces of concrete pavement by brooming all as specified

M&L for forming 20 mm wide expansion joints in PQC @ spacing n.exc 36 m C/C, filled with 20 mm premoulded filler board of Supreme make (Formerly: SIL flex brand or equivialent and sealing with Colpar 200 (Grey) or Rallithane 862 (Grey) all as specified and shown on drawing and as per manufacturer's instruction. Depth of cutting for filling of joint shall be as per drawing and joints shall be machine cut.

M&L for forming Dummy/Contraction Joint 8 mm wide@ spacing n exc 3.6 m c/c depth equal to 1/3 thickness of slab of machine cut & filled with filler Board & Sealent all as specified and directed

Supply Only Polyester triangular fiber recron 3s(Type CT 2424)as secondary reinforcement @ 125 gms/ 50 kg of cement or as recommended by manufacturers instructions all as specified
